Consumers using the anywhere client should have the possibility to filter in a dimension with other operators than equal.7 votes
Thank you for your contribution.
This is something that have been suggested by quite a few others, so indeed, yes, this is something that will be considered for a future release.
Our users want the opportunity to write comments on eg. a graph; as one, for example. Can in word and PP; Also they would subsequently would be able to export these comments to eg. excel to get an overview of them.4 votes
Thank you for your suggestion.
Further commenting/annotation options are currently on the roadmap for a 2020 release.
Further ideas on commenting will be appreciated, thank you :-)
At the moment, it is not possible to show e.g. a comparison of years in a mouseover text and do not show this values e.g. in a bar chart as bars. Making the comparison invisible, the text in the mouseover is lost too.1 vote
Thank you for your input.
This is something that we are aware of as an issue (you might say: a bug). I am hoping we will be able to address this in a future release of TARGIT.

It would be great if it was possible to do more complex criterias.
(Dimension A = "X" And Dimension B = "Y")
(Dimension A = "Y" And Dimension B = "X")
Today it is only possible to achieve this when a hierarchy is built in the cube.
Otherwise you can only do:
Dimension A In ("X","Y") and Dimension B In ("X","Y")8 votes
The criteria bar is now only for global criteria, i would like that exists one for every object6 votes
Currently when sending links to a TARGIT analysis, a full path link is sent.
This makes it impossible to rename or move analysis/reports, without breaking a link already sent.
A suggestion could be to index every saved document with an ID an use this when linking (when e.g. using e-mail function in TARGIT).
Most document management systems use this approach and I know some competing BI systems do as well.4 votes
Drag and drop dimension member to criteria bar. Or right click and apply as global criteria.
In a multi object analysis, this could be a helpful alternative to the drill down criteria. Drill down criteria locks the object - and sometimes this is unwanted.1 vote
I suggest a new object type - which will be a searchable slicer. Currently the table is used as a type of slicer but it is not absolutely clear to the enduser that he can multiselect. A slicer object allowing checkmarks would make it obvious that this option exists. Furthermore you should have the option to search (like today in the criteriabar). The searchable slicer might actually be something you could implement with a table-like look or as a dropdown inside the analysis.3 votes
Data Governance: It would be a good idea to make it possible to se where data comes from if it is from a IT Corporate Cube or if it is from a Controllers Data Services "Cube". To make sure that the users are informed about the data quality.7 votes
The developer should have privileges to make a "layover" of the new document. Graphical objects and content of the analysis can be deeper explaned to the user and called up by the user when ever needed. It would improve understanding and collaboration of new content.2 votes
